How much does it cost to ship an order?

Live in the contiguous United States? Standard shipping on all orders over $25 is free! Freight items may incur an additional shipping charge. For full details, including expedited shipping and shipping outside the continental US, please call us at 1-800-772-0467.

How long does shipping take?

Standard Ground Shipping can take up to seven (7) business days. Most products on PoolSupplyWorld let you know what day will be the latest you can expect your product (we're usually faster!), just below the price on the product page. Some products have to be ordered from the manufacturer, and will be listed as shipping out in 2-12 business days. No matter what, we'll email you shipping and tracking information after you place your order. If you need your product faster, expedited shipping is usually available. How do I track my order?

After your order is processed, we'll email you tracking information so you can follow your order's shipment and delivery. In addition, you can always check current tracking information (if available) in the My Account section of our website. If you haven't received tracking information within a few days of your order, or need to change delivery, give us a call at 1-800-772-0467!

Do you ship internationally?

While we are always excited to help new customers, we do not yet offer shipping to addresses outside the US. If you are located outside of the United States and have questions about any of these policies, please email us at [email protected]

What days will you ship products?

We ship products from our warehouses on Monday - Friday normally. Our warehouse will not ship on any day recognized by FedEx or UPS as a holiday.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from one of a handful of warehouses spread throughout the country. We do utilize the closest warehouse to you, that has the item in stock, to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Whether you live on the West or East coast, we do have a warehouse nearby.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

While we do offer air shipping on select products to Hawaii and Alaska, there is a shipping fee for these types of shipments. If you’d like to discuss potential shipping and shipping prices to either Hawaii or Alaska, please give us a call at 1-800-772-0467 or you may email us at [email protected]

How do I return something?

Product FAQs
How do I know if a product is in stock?

In-stock products will show a green In Stock message just below the price on the product page, along with an estimate on when you would receive your product if ordered today. Products not in stock will show an estimate on how long it will take to order and ship your product. Almost everything on PoolSupplyWorld is in stock and ready to ship out, and even the products not in stock will usually ship out within 2-12 business days. How can I find a product's SKU or model number?

The manufacturer SKU or model number is located on every product page of our site, just below the product rating.

My Account FAQs
How do I update my shipping or billing address?

You can find the My Account link at the top of every page. From there, "Billing & Shipping Addresses" can be found on the left hand side of the page. Then just click "Edit" under the information you would like to change and click Save Profile once you have entered the new information to update your addresses for all future orders.

How can I change my newsletter subscription and email preferences?

You can find the My Account link at the top of every page. From there, "Account Details" can be found on the left hand side of the page. To change your email click "Edit" next to the current email address and type in the new, correct email address. If you would like to change your subscription preferences, simply select your preference under Contact Preferences and click "Update".
